The hotel was set in a central area close enough to hot tube. There was Oppie's Fish & Chips nearby, offering quick meals. The room with great facilities. Central heating, multi-channel television, and lounge area where great.

The setting was particularly good and lovely, short walk to the center of Rotorua, the local shopping centre, and Rotorua for a life celebration for an Aunt.

This place is in a perfect location, right next to the city center and local attractions, including Fenton Street, making me not want to leave and eager to return.

Almost no WiFi. The temperature in the Spa is regulated by the Reseption. No detergents are allowed in the Spa.

everything was nice, magnificent location near the main avenues of rotorua, less than five minutes drive from the lake, rotorua for a life celebration for an aunt and all the shops, restaurants, superfriendly staff. comforts of studio suite with a double bed were fabulous. i enjoyed that they had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers.

Its location just a short stroll away from Te Puia was comfortable and handy. It was located in a very nice area.

The double room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with all amenities. I wouldn't mind staying there all day. the addition of a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator was a nice touch. the location was excellent, close to Maori villages.

The cleaning staff were attentive and efficient. it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
